Nancy is an entrepreneurial businesswoman that has lived, worked and raised a family in the Gainesville community for more than 25 years. She moved to Gainesville in 1989 when she married Ernie Turbyfill, Jr., local businessman and owner of Town Tire Companies. She holds an undergraduate degree in Chemistry, and a MBA with a specialization in Marketing. Nancy worked as a Conservation Analyst for Gainesville Regional Utilities before staying home to raise her children, a daughter, recently graduated from the University of Florida, and a son who just began his first year as a Florida Gator. Throughout her professional career, Nancy has worked with her husband at their family business, Town Tire, focusing her efforts on developing and implementing effective marketing programs.
Over the past 20 years, Nancy has designed, built, remodeled and decorated a variety of homes for family and friends. Fueled by a natural love of property in North Central Florida, and a life-long passion for how homes must work for the people who live in them, Nancy entered the real estate market as a professional in 2008, when she became a state-licensed Realtor®.
